Founder and Principal Designer
Ashwini Dongare started the studio in 2015 out of a simple belief. A house is not just walls and finishes. It is a quiet reflection of the family living inside it. Every project begins with long conversations and a walk through the rooms. Then we design, build and hand over a home that fits your life exactly.
Eleven years and a hundred plus homes later, our team of designers, architects and craftsmen still work the same way. Slowly. Personally. Room by room.

What we do
Every project begins with a long conversation and a site visit. From there we lead the entire journey. Concept, drawings, joinery, execution and handover.

See your home before you step in. Detailed 3D walkthroughs of every room, with real materials and real light.
Turnkey Projects
Full home design and execution under one roof. From bill of quantity to final handover, we manage every detail.
Bespoke Joinery
Made to order wardrobes, kitchens, TV units and beds. Built in our workshop to fit your home exactly.
On Site Supervision
A dedicated site manager on the floor through the build. Weekly progress reports and strict quality checks.
